Cartrack drops the ball

Absolute waste of money having cameras with them. They promise the earth but when you need the footage they can't help. 3 occasions now where they can't get the footage. Salesman in durban makes huge promises about everything the system can do then when it fails blames their IT department but nothing gets fixed. Stay far away from cartrack! Thank goodness it's just cameras with these *********** people.
