Cartrack driver thinks he is above the law

I am utterly disgusted by the way that your drivers drive on their commute. This morning mr JX 03 DK GP almost pushed me off the road cutting in front of me, then proceed and overtook other cars in traffic in the emergency lane and swinging all over the tow legal lanes and into the emergency lane. He was not only endangering me but all the parents and innocent commuters on their way to work and school. He also showed multiple hand gestures to me and other vehicles. As soon as he saw a traffic officer he moved back into traffic and proceeded to take the Broadway turnoff into Somerset West, exactly the route that I am taking to work and he drove all the way till he turned onto the Main road in Strand. This means he was not responding to an emergency or anything. So after endangering all those people and breaking the law (which your company tries to uphold) we ended up very close to each other at the same time. This needs to be addressed and I demand a public apology from this driver for endangering the lives of innocent people because he thinks that he is above the law.
