CARTRACK DON'T WANT TO PAY OUT ****** VEHICLE RECOVERY

Good day My car was ****** on Jan 26. Now they say they are not going to pay me R150,000 because I do not qualify. I should have been concise on another plan, but they advertise the following: Yes, it is true that if Cartrack cannot recover your ****** vehicle, they pay out up to R150 000. This is part of theire recover warantr, which is available at no additional cost over and above the standard retail rates for a ****** vihicle recovery system. Cartrack has independently audited recovery rates pegged at 94%, and if any vehicles are unable to be located, they have paid out all warranties to their clients, barring two claims that were repudiated on proper grounds. This waranty applies to Cartrack products that include the ****** Vehicle Recovery (SVR) service.

Since Jan'26 when my vehicle was ******, still haven't heard from them till today.
