Cartrack dont track.

<p>They installed unit in vehicle in November 2015, did not completed their tests on unit because vehicle had to go for major service. Got vehicle back in 2016 end of January and contacted them to finish the tests. Till now I tried and tried but no-one wants to help me. Every month I recieve same sms that states the vehicle is not responding to our tests, due to maintenance. Can you help me please?</p>
