Cartrack Dont Care Attitude

Terrible service received from Cartrack on Saturday. It seems Cartrack is not working on weekends. My ill brother got stuck in the middle of nowhere because of their faulty devise and they don't care. They came on Thursday to fix faulty devise and seems they made things worse. The car couldn't start since Friday. We called the whole of Saturday and they literally said they cannot help during the weekend. We asked for roadside assistance and we are still waiting for them. They cannot escalate to more Senior person anf the reason is because they are working from home. Please come and disconnect your device. Please be warned of Cartrack!!
