Cartrack doesn't work at all, you will regret it if you sign with them.

I have a cartrack unit on my car and it always gives me a wrong location. When i call cartrack they tell me my account is in arrears while i have a debit order on that account, and if i wanna know where my car is i need to pay R25000. I'm starting to think they are the one's *****ing our cars. My car is brand new, i can't track my ****ing car and now im powerless when it comes to it and i don't have R25000. They are a ****, it doesn't work at all. If you sign a deal with them know that you are putting all your money at risk. It's ruining my life and my credit. Why isn't the higher ups looking into this company? They need to be banned. I wonder if sueing will get me my car back. Don't make the same mistake i made, make sure your car dealership doesn't sign u up with cartrack when u buy a car, get a different company.
