Cartrack doesnt work

I have cartrack in 2 of my cars and I have had so many times when it does not show live tracking ( up to an Hour in some cases) I can no longer count .<br> <br> The last time location was reordered was 1552 it is now 1620pm and still no update <br> <br> When you contact them for information as to were the car is they haven't got a clue and blame the product or the Web site anything but solve the problem .<br> <br> I have asked them so what happens if the driver of the car is being Hijacked ,*****,in an accident while I cant get live tracking feed and they say they will investigate . Or they will reset the tracker what they don't answer is so what happens to the person while they make up excuses and investigate . This after you get a message the system was tested and is working fine<br> <br> Shocking I will cancel my services as soon as it expires as they have cleverly added fees to remove the product when you finally find out not you or your family are safe .when using there product.<br> <br> I would suggest if you love your family or care for your business rather get a proper tracking system
