Cartrack doesn't pay out the Recovery Warranty !
My Volkswagen Polo was ****** on the 10th of February 2021. Yesterday 7 June 2021 Cartrack informed me they will not be paying out the non Recovery Warranty due to me not testing the unit.
I had the app installed on my phone and checked my car on a regular basis so why must I phone them and see if my unit is working if I can see the unit is working with my app ?
Not happy at all why pay extra for the Recovery Warranty if they dont pay it out...
