cartrack doesnt live up to its name

I've never had such appalling service( ********** 8)(08h00 pm) when I needed assistance to track my vehicle which was missing, 3 agents and a team leader all chose to hang-up when I needed their services that I'm paying for, I then called back ( ********** 8) to get assistance of all the agents that assisted me the previous evening my details were taken down and I'm still waiting the company is quick to debit funds but when its time to render service their agents have the least care. cant wait for contracts to mature so I can move my fleet elsewhere
