Cartrack doesn't honor its customers

I just bought a new car, then I decided to secure it by installing a tracking device. I believe that was a great idea but the great mistake was to use Cartrack company. After installing the device my air conditioner started giving me problem. It only switches on after a pothole. I called Cartrack more than 6 times they do not assist me. Now I'm no longer enjoying my car and I am looking forward to terminate my engagement with this company.
