Cartrack doesn't care about our safety

Cartrack has such ****py service, I tested my panic Button on Saturday and it's not functional, I sent them emails and called, up to today nobody has sent a technician to check out my system. They clearly don't take me seriously, if anything happens during this period cartrack will be held liable,how do I know the tracker even works. This is appalling
