Cartrack doesn’t CARE!

I have been sent from pillar to post trying to get to Cartrack repairs department. Finally after being kept holding for over 20 minutes to 30 minutes trying to get hold of them. I did. I told them about my panic button that they have installed thats not working. They told me I should pay extra R800 for it to be fixed. That’s absurd if you ask me. I am going to cancel this policy with as they have just showed me that all they want is my money.
