Cartrack does not put you in control

i have been a member of Cartrack now for a few years, i have asked them a few times to add my wife to the contact list. i am a small business owner i see all the clients my wife is a stay at home mommy and sees no clients. this is impossible to understand and Cartrack will always phone me even after i have given my wife's number. i had to be rude this week just to get paperwork to change my tracker to a different vehicle, logging the job is not enough you have to log again and again and again just like getting them to add my wife as a contact person. so here i am now having to go to hellopeter to get the job done. no man why is it so difficult to do as you advertise? Putting you in control? please please put me in control and do what i need
