cartrack does not inform me about the last location of my ****** car

<div>Dear I am paying cartrack I lost my car on Saturday the 11th of December 2020.I found out at 00:55 AM and same time I called cartrack, the lady took my information and said they will call me back ,indeed within 3 minutes a guy called and asked for my information ,he then said he cannot see it at that moment I must go to open a case at police station he will call back. I went to police station to open a case ,they never called back .On Saturday I called again someone answered and asked for my registration number ,I gave them then he just said please hang up I will call you back ,that was the last time I heard from them. Sunday I called again, I found a lady she asked me for my registration number to check on their system after she checked she said to me she will forward the message to the relevant department as she does not deal with my situation ,I explained what happened from the first call I have made ,I told her that I was being told they will call me back no one wants to inform me about the last location of the car, she said sorry I cant help I have to forward the information.
