Cartrack Does not Car

I have been with Cartrack for as long as I worked & had a car for about 10 years, and in 2019 I told them I'm nolonger working & had to cancel my subscription, they told me a cancellation fee will apply as a new divice was installed, I said its fine but will pay R200 Monthly for the R5500 that I was owing as I had no salary anymore. They agreed but I was supriced to find summons demanding the R5000 as I'm now Unemployed where am I going to get that amount. I really feel this is unfair & this company doesn't care even if you have been their faithful client all your working life & have refered countless numbers of your colleagues but now I'm only repaying the cancelling fee & arreas Im sent summons. Very dissapointed.
