Cartrack Do fishy things

Cartrack, is not as reliable, the employees are rude and do not listen to what clients call for. My car nearly got ****** the guys had removed the ignition and tried disconnecting battery to inactivate tracker, i call tracker people they insisted to have called me and i didn't receive any call even my alternatives received no call, i only received an sms showing they received an alert that i never had control of. And past few days their app was misbehaving showing that my ignition is on while it's off and that it is in a different location while my car is parked, Cartrack is a very bad car tracking company
