Cartrack dishonestly on their warranty

I was highjacked last year June 2019 and till this day when I call Cartrack I am told they are still busy with Physical search for my car. what frustrates me most is a lack of communication from them as I must always call them for possible updates and when I asked about their warranty in a case where my car is not recovered, I was given email addresses that remain undelivered(Bounce back), I really have a distasteful experience with Cartrack.
