Cartrack disgusting service if any

They are the worst ever!!! I have spent hours on the phone, my own airtime I have been corresponding via email for over a week to find out why cartrack is *****ing my money(yes that's what I call it, because in three weeks from signing up, they have taken almost three months worth of installments from my account)and in more tht two weeks, countless emails I still don't have any answers, they just beating around the bush. And good luck in being able to get hold of someone on the phone that can actually sort a problem out, this is their mo: they tell you they will find someone you must hold the line, then they leave you hanging and eventually cut you off if you don't hang up. Happened to me three times this morning. This is really a new level of useless, I am truly appalled by this. In any business,if you can't get things sorted out,it get escalated and the problem dealt with, not with these guys. You get put on hold until you dry up. And let me not forget about their WhatsApp service!!!! 40 odd messages to the whatsapp line, then after an hour hour, one response: how many we help you? Then you can respond as much as you want, it's quiet again. My next step is legal action. Please be very careful before signing up with this company, and go search them on tik tok, see what users have posted there. It's disgusting.
