Cartrack disappoints with services

We as a business has been trying to get a technician since 31 March 2025 to come and check the device, but they do not call you back to make appointments. And after a 20min call to them 1 week later requesting an appointment and finally getting one they do not even show up for the appointment. I had to call them on the day of the appointment to ask where they are and they said that the technician is not in Secunda and they cancelled the appointment on their system, not even calling me to schedule a new appointment. They are not reliable when it comes to appointments.
