Cartrack disappoints again!

So this is the second time that I'm having a problem with car Track devices installed in my car. This thing just refuses to work! Every single day when i check on the app it's 3 hours behind and when i call the call center to check the positioning of my vehicle they always promise to call me back after 15 minutes and they never do. This is the last time I'm complaining about this or im just going to switch to a different tracking company for my safety and better recovery of my vehicle.
