Cartrack disappointing service

My car was ****** at 11 today. I reported it. I called again 30 minutes later, they said they have no feedback. I told them the car is stationed. After the call my cartrack app was disconnected. I called back and hour and a half later, I demanded feedback. I told them the service is disgusting. They said the case is active I need to wait. I get a call 20 minutes later, to report they can no longer pick up my device. I asked them why what happened from the time I called till now, what changed. I asked the guy to call me, it's it's five hours, 5 calls later and still cartrack has not called me with feedback
