CARTRACK DISAPPOINTING

Cartrack lacks professionalism, on April 2025 I took a tracking device with them. fast forward on December 2025 they said Im owing them an amount of R530. When I asked why they said because they fitted a secondary tracking device (tag). I told them I did not agree to the tracking device, I even told them that the reason why they have been debiting the same amount was that I only agreed to one device not two. I asked them for the contract or audio where I agreed to two devices. They refused to give me any of those but blocked me from my app and wrote letters of intention to hand over my account to debt collectors. To this day, tracker WILL NOT send me the contract where I signed to get the two devices or the the audio where I said I want two devices.
