CARTRACK - Disappointed

I am not happy with car track service- I have opened a case of car theft and provided them with all information including the case number, but no one is willing to help me, I have never come across such a useless service.

I keep getting phone calls from different people asking me same questions, but I am not assisted in this matter. I am disappointed at their customer services.
