Cartrack dictatorship

Hi, It really sad and disappointing that one has to it on Public for Cartrack to provide feedback on my long outstanding query which I made a year ago (Dec. 2018). I am now threatened and demanded by Cartrack to pay a monthly instalment for their tracking device which is inoperative, despite me having made numerous phone calls and emails to no positive feedback to date. To say the least, Cartrack is bullying clients and dictating terms as opposed to provide efficient service to its clients. I have no trust anymore from this company and I regret having subscribed, referred my clients and friends to such a helpless company.
