Cartrack Device Repair

This is a company that have cheap tracking units for a reason. The assistance is pathetic. My tracking unit isn't working since May and it is now mid July and everytime I schedule an appointment for my device to be repaired, the technician never ever showed up, not even late, just never showed up. After I placed a complaint, the technician called me and explained that someone scheduled him to do a job in Pinetown and 15 mins later, set for a job in Phoenix. This alone didn't make sense to me. Cartrack have been charging me a full fee for services however, I've been paying for absolutely nothing because the unit isn't working at all, not even the car watch. It's the most appalling service I've received from any tracking company. Today I spoke to a coloured lady named Lizanne from the scheduling department and I asked her to put me through to complaints, not to complain about her but, to complain about the scheduling not ever been set to what I ask but she placed me on a hold and then hung up the call on me. Is this what you guys offer the public from Cartrack? Is this the type of training you put the contact centre guys through? Is this the quality you offer the public? I can only imagine if someone's car was ****** and not recovered and they made a claim from you guys, the type of service they would receive from you.
