Cartrack device fail on day of incident.

My car was ****** 30 days ago till now it hasn't been recovered and was fitted with cartrack tracking device. What surprised me is that the device they fitted to my car last send heartbeat signal at 2h45am 22 September 2022 and the car was ****** between 7h00am and 7h20am September 22 according to them. Question remains for 4 hours their control room never noticed something was wrong no calls or sms was received on the day of incident by myself from cartrack. I called them immediately after i realized my car was missing... Their answer was please sir go to Police station and open a case are you insured. After opening the case we called cartrack for latest updates but the answer was we can't locate your vehicle signal maybe is due to loadshedding. Till this moment i haven't received a call from cartrack but they continuously on media advertising that they have high recovery rate and if they can't recover your vehicle they will pay upto 150k. Don't be fooled by this company their service its *******. As they say when days are dark friends are few one example of that is cartrack. Being a paying customer for more than 5 years for different vehicles.
