Cartrack device drains battery

Car track devices drain batteries. I asked them to fetch their device after 5 power failures on a car less than a year brand new. Then they told me about a 3 year contract or a big settlement. I preferred to pay for a device that they have in their warehouse or in someone’s car. For the next 2 and half years. Despicable service. ****** of the century
