Cartrack derbiting R2000 from my account and struggles to return it

Actually the review is minus 5....Catrack debited R2000 from my account without my concent and that inconvenienced me and affected my credit record at the ICT and incurred debit order return charges because of this incompetence from a very useless company. Something must be done and this company must pay for treating us like dirt.
