Cartrack demands 3rd payment from me in less than a month.

I would like to thank and rate a lady by the name Matshidiso Mmota from Retention department, she a pro when it comes to business. The lady phoned me today morning wanted to know whats the call on tracker cancelation, she listened attentively and came with a solution in the midst of confused and unprofessional accounts departments officials, she put her self in someone's else shoe to solve the problem that 4 or 5 so called professionals employees failed dismally to resolve, even when it's not her call to do so, she managed to convince me not to cancel business with them. where's the 1st lady who got the business presentation deal sealed, whom brought all this attenuation, are we one sided employees checking on monthly salary not knowing what creates money that pay salaries and bills, Matshidiso adds value to the business growth to keep business afloat at all cost, why should a client cancel business even when good tools provided, and good service rendered, no person leaves without a trace or reason for that matter, it raise concern doesn't it, no one should leave or cancel any contract because of negligence or miss presentation by employees that's a big red flag for business, at cost of few unprofessional people, and against all odds one lady pulled through and stood her ground as in like it's her own business, she put blood and sweat on it, like am the only client in her business, she dedicate her self to the business, who does that only few, an rare, I know I've been around, only those born leaders they take non too small but with knowledge that big things comes or made from small things, she got that drive, she cames in all shapes and sizes, she knows structure to pillar, she's business bosses boss, she think like a business men, on point, full of positive energy she' ambitious, she lives her life not only by salary but by the knowledge of what generates the salary, Put respect on her name in all departments, and when it's due time for internal promotions within the business she fits at the top. She's boss and every employees should know and report to her especially for advise and so on. And her bosses must know she's the boss lady crowned , waiting to be crowned by the organization/ business. With her the business will always be in good shape, future and successful AT ALL COST.
