Cartrack deductions

Three years back I installed tracker in my car but unfortunately I had problems with that car and decided to sell. After selling the car, this other lady called me to say I owe them, I told her that I sold the and I did sent them an email pertaining that but the lady said there's fine print that explains that the contract runs for a year, I then told her that no one explained to me about that before signing the contract. Please help
