CARTRACK DEBITING ME TWICE EACH MONTH WITHOUT A SHAME

Good Morning, sometime on the 16th of Sept I have laid a complained about this company called Cartrack, they debited me, again yesterday another debit went off , Iam paying twice a month for their device and when I ask they dont have answeres and they are not fixing the mess they continue, when i dispute they will over charge me, the next thing I will block them they can deactivate thier device they are full of incompetence
