Cartrack debiting account with no authorisation

Car track has been Debiting my my account every month from the first of the month for few days in a row which the debit order rejects as my funds come in on the 5th. Every time it rejects the bank charges me aR150 . My arrangements is for debit orders to be debited on 7th. I have send several emails and spoke to accounts department to sort it out. Nothing has been done. Car track is very dishonest by debiting and account without confirming if there is funds in the *** debit order cost me about R750 per month due to penalties. I will publish this everywhere. Do not trust car track.
