Cartrack debited from my account 29

Cartrack debited from my account 29.04.2026 when I've already made a payment 28.04.2026, I made them aware of it, they said they will refund me in 7-14 working days, I was told my money was going to be paid to my account by the 21st of May 2026, it was not paid, I made another call on the 25th of May 2026 and they promised that the payment will be made no later than 28th May 2026, up to today 01. 06. 2026 I have not been refunded, I don't know why
