CARTRACK DAMAGED MY WINDSHIELD

Cartrack technician installed a tracking device and a camera. With this installation, my front windshield was damaged. i logged this with CarTrack on 2 February 2026. To date, they have done nothing. Every time it rains, water flows through damages the internal electronics. I have sent countless emails and made countless call. Each time, i am referred to the different division and simply getting ignored.

PIC is referring it to camera division, back to complaints and not a single person has been able to assist. I am out of words and i will be approaching the OMBUSMAN tomorrow.
