Unauthorized debit and short credited by car track. So i was debited out of the blue and the debit was more than my subscription amount. I tried hard to contact them in vain, they only responded after a hello peter review afrer which they suggested that the debited amount will go towards my next monthly payment even though it was more. End of month i received 2 invoices, one for my monthly subscription and the extra was invoiced as adminstration fees. I sent them an email seeking for clarification and never got a response. The next month they sent another invoice for the full subscription amount and went on to debit the full amount. Why am i paying admistration fees for their own error
