Cartrack

I am very disappointed in Cartrack service I have been with them for more than 36month and now they fail to extend my contract while they still debit my account. They know that it is a requirement from the insurance to have the cover that pays when something happens to my car however their agents keep on saying they will call me back and that never happens. Such a bad service from Cartrack. They need to call me ASAP or else am canceling their service and reversing the debits. ***
