Cartrack

Hi on the 6th August 2021 I recieved a call from cartrack asking me if I'm going to continue with the contract that I had with them, which was due to expire end of that month,I told them no I will be paying my last installment end of the month. Just like all other companies they tried to convince me to continue and I did not agree.

To my surprise they also deducted the installment end of September 2021 which I then reversed. They also did the same end October 2021,I also reversed it. I then recieved a call from cartrack in November saying that I owe them and when am I going to pay.i told them that I canceled my contract in August which they then denied . I was then told that I did not cancel my contract because I did not call cancelation department telling that the person that phoned me should have put me thru to cancelation. Mind you I do not work for cartrack and I was not informed by their employee that phoned me that I should contact cancelation department as he is not the one dealing with canceling of my contract.

I have been receiving calls from cartrack ever since they are now sending sms on my phone that they will blacklist me if I do not pay. I am not willing to pay them as it was them who did not advise me that the phone call I recieved was not a cancelation call as I had thought.

I would never recommend that anyone should use this company. Please be very careful who you deal with companies like cartrack only care when you have a contract with them, when it time to cancel they come down hard on you.
