Cartrack Customer service is a ****.
Customer service is horrible, calling them is completely useless as the agents either make you hold the line knowing they will not come back or they just drop you period. So forget about getting any assistance from their customer service agents. I regret signing up with them and wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy.
