Cartrack Customer Service

Cartrack is the worst car track service in the country!! I have been trying to resolve a query on my account with them for the past 5 months. I probably had over 10x phone call conversations with them but nobody resolved my queries. I escalated to manager but they are also useless, Today I get a notification that Cartrack has handed my account over for legal action, while my requests are just ignored. I didn’t even sign a contract with cartrack and I have been asking for proof that I agreed to open an account with them this entire time. Very disappointing to say the least, if you are in the market for a tracking device I recommend Tracker their house is in order unlike Cartrack.
