Cartrack Customer Care
Worst customer care service. You never get feedback when logging a query. I have been logging a query for 4 weeks and the issues has not been resolved. Customer Care Consultant is arrogant. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.

The devices are not working properly. I have been phoning weekly to get this resolved and I'm not getting assistance. When you want to cancel you have to pay R7000.00 to a company that failed to assist me and provide me the service that was promised. Still you have to pay your monthly fee.
