Cartrack credibility in question.

Cartrack is the biggest joke. The way their business operate is just absolute shocking. After a first complaint, numerous emails and responses why i refuse to pay they still try to debit my account. Please do tell, how does your collection department not know that i stopped the debit order because of numerous faulty sms's received? How when you have sent me a letter, to which i responded stating why i will not pay has no one tried to contact me? You have not once tried to resolve the matter just load debit order after debit order which i will continue to dispute. To this day, since the first complaint not one phone call. I also work in a call centre so can not always attend to my phone, not one email. Nothing. i urge anyone and everyone to stay clear. If the retention's department had the same drive as the collections department Cartrack would actually have happy clients. Bad bad experience. Breach of contract from car track from the get go installing a faulty unit.
