Cartrack couldn't track their own admin correctly how are they tracking ****** cars?

The service delivery I've experienced has been nothing but pathetic.

Billing has become ongoing almost daily with debits going off. Needed to block them from my bank.

Promises on installation / upgrade was canceled daily and no one pitches on appointments. The app they developed doesn't work... Well you cannot access the actual tracking app.

This morning I received a welcome letter via email which was typed one word vertically fool owing the next.

Now if a business runs its admin so pathetically poor, how are they going to administrate tracking your car if ******.
