CARTRACK CONTRACT BREACH
DONT!!
Cartrack have admitted to breaching terms of my contract but refuse to take accountability and amend.
4.1 Cartrack WILL …….– the word “will” is an obligation which means that it is mandatory for them to comply with this clause
EMAIL FROM CARTRACK EMPLOYEE -------> first and foremost, on behalf of Cartrack, I would like to personally apologize for the frustration caused in getting the required assistance. As per our telephone conversation, I acknowledge that you were not contacted in accordance with clause 4.1. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Please note that this does not accurately reflect our entity.

14 Aug 2025, 15:59The email that tells me to read the terms and conditions ? I did read the terms and conditions, that is why I am raising this point. Cartrack failed to comply to a clause thus is in breach of the contract . A contract is a legally binding document and there are penalties/consequences for not abiding by contract obligations . E.g If I breach the contract by not paying, my services get cancelled and I am liable for costs . What is the consequence for cartrack breaching SLA ? Surely Cartrack are accountable and liable to , no ?
