CARTRACK CONTRACT

I lost possession of my vehicle, and despite that cartrack insists on collecting monthly installments and insists that I had signed a 5 year contract with them. Cartrack needs to explain to their customers that if they choose their device, whether or not they lose the vehicle they will still be liable to pay them for the remainder of the contract before customers agree to the contract. I personally, thought it was a month-to-month contract.
