Cartrack company very useless

I was having problems with my car lights and took my car to a dealer. Car was put on diagnostic machine and everything was fine. After thorough investigation they found that it was the wiring from the tracking device. I changed my brake lights a week ago and today they are burnt again. Dealer found out that wiring from the tracking device is the root of all the problem. Until that device is moved from where it is the problem will persist. Tried to call car track to resolve the matter urgently, as dealer advised that they need to move the tracking device with immediate effect. Now they are not willing to assist. All they are good at is taking your money. Why must I pay for call out fee for their problem. Was i there when they installed the device. They won't even tell you where they have installed it. Infact they are supposed to pay for all the costs I have incurred because of their device.

Now to get a technician to fix that is becoming a huge problem. Will have to find another tracking company with hood reviews. I'm ****ed of right now.
