Cartrack Communications

If there's one thing I detest above all else, it's poor communication. Cartrack takes the prize for abysmal communication, and they show no remorse for it. I'm obligated to endure this frustration for the next three years. Initially, their calls were persistent during the sign-up process, but once they secured me as a customer, their communication plummeted. From missed installation dates to erratic debit order schedules, their communication was consistently dreadful. Their WhatsApp line is equally atrocious – responses come every 30 to 40 minutes per chat. Unfortunately, I'm locked into a contract with them for the next 36 months. However, if you're considering signing up, I strongly advise against it. Their service is abysmal, absolutely abysmal!
