Cartrack-Clueless-Don't Signup with them

Cartrack-Clueless-Unknowledgeable-Risking my Assets I have installed a Cartrack tracker in my vehicle but every time I call to test the unit the car always shows the wrong location. I called numerous times, but no one was able to assist. I wonder if Cartrack really knows what they are doing, well I think they have no idea what they are doing. Unit was changed two days ago and still picks the incorrect location.
