Cartrack charge me extra R1800 for paying off a debt of R300

Consult and make your research properly before you subscribe to Cartrack. I've unsubscribed and wrote an email cancelling my subscription and still have that email but I was told to pay extra R1800 for paying off a debt of R300. They charge R1800 to remove a Default listing on my credit profile. People I will fight this with Ombudsman. Careful of this service i.e. Cartrack when you subscribe to their service. They are desperate and set traps to their customers.
