On 29/06/23 my car battery got ****** from my vehicle couple of minutes when I parked by a shopping centre, Cartrack didn’t even call to check up for any power event reasons.

2ndly, I had to Tow my car to my place and Cartrack didn’t even call to ask “why is the car on motion without the battery on/ignition On. Today(1st of July)I called to ask about my car’s whereabouts and guess what they said…?

The lady from their control room/Emergency room told me the location where my battery got ******(by the shopping centre). Yet I had already towed my car to my place! So clearly Cartracks tracking device doesn’t function if there’s no battery and they just risked with my vehicle. Yet they’re quick on debiting my bank account but not quick on calling during emergencies! Pathetic
