Cartrack careless & damaging vehicle with instalation.

Purchased a 2nd. hand vehicle, Cartrack fitted a tracking unit but broke of all the clips holding the dash together. Phoned Cartrack and they said they will send n technician to asses the damage but if it is not Cartrack related they will charge me a additional fee????
